This is a wonderful company that I highly recommend. This company gives a small discount to veterans household. I am grateful this company figured out a dangerous gas leak that could have been worse and cost my life. I highly recommend this company for work. I will call them again soon

We engaged Herman's with clogged sewer lines at our residence. Service and branch. A nice office lady took our report and offered same day service. Herman's technicians responded in very short order. Within an hour or less they corrected our problem with a level of professionalism that is very hard to find these days. Fast, prompt and professional all the way. The office staff is friendly and professional and I had a plumber at my doorstep within 24 hrs. This was NOT an emergency. Bo was my technician and he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. I appreciated that he explained the problem and offered me a couple of options for repair with the pros & cons of each. I will use Herman’s again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. First issue was they had mud all over our neighbors white white outside of their house. They left empty dirty water bottles in my neighbors window seal. Mind you they were doing work on OUR house. They got mud in the waterline that caused them to change out our expensive kitchen faucet with some cheap POS. The pressure is no where near what we had in our other faucet. The lead on the job stayed in the vehicle on his phone while he made his partner do the kitchen & the bathroom at the same time. They left dirt all on our driveway. It has rained and now my driveway is covered in mud, and getting into my car this morning Everyone ended up with mud in our new car.

My backyard outside faucet started leaking right before I had to leave for a trip, and a freeze was on the way!! Alex came out quickly and had it fixed super fast. I paid him and the receipt with clear description was immediately emailed. What a great company! Thank you!!!

Cassidy was very professional. He communicated each and every detail of the work that was being done and had no problem answering any and all questions. I highly recommend this company.
